We ship via the Post. Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are free.
Returns & Exchanges
We only return or replace items if they are defective. If your item is defective, please contact us at contact@natureast.ch within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
